My family and I want to thank you. New America Insurance Company was unfair to me, their adjuster wrote a mold estimate for $1900.00, and you proved that their estimate was unjust as you brought a mold expert to my home and their estimate was between $22,000 to $24,000.00. Without your help my son who has a compromised immune system would still be suffering. It is hard to believe that even after New America Insurance Company learned about my son's health problems and the true cost of the repairs, they still delayed the claim process for seven months. Again, my family thanks you for help.

We had water damage from a broken sewer line at our house. The independent adjuster that represented New Hampshire Insurance Company was new at his job and ignored much of the damage that I showed to him. The adjuster was very slow to respond as I did not get his first estimate for three months, and his estimate was not enough to repair my home. Nobody but Mr. Venook cared that I had sewage backing up in my home during this long claim process. With Advocate Claim Service help we finally got a fair settlement that was approximately six times more then the first estimate from my insurance company. I have learned do not try to negotiate a settlement without the help of Mr. Venook.

I am an elderly lady and AllState Floridian Insurance Company denied my claim after being with the same company for twenty years.  I am glad I found Advocate Claim Service, Mr. Venook never gave up and after seven months of negotiations with my insurance company , first proving to them that I had a covered loss, and then negotiating a satisfactory settlement.  Through Mr. Venook's efforts, my insurance company paid for the mold damage and water damage to my home and personal belongings.  I had no where else to turn and I wish could tell more people about your great service.  I have learned you need to hire your own expert.

I had a sewer line break in my home that damaged my kitchen cabinets . Qualsure Insurance Company's independent adjuster did not offer me enough to repair my home . I had no idea how to prove my damages to my insurance company . You were able to dispute the amount that they offered me and get me three times more then their adjuster offered. Advocate Claim Service did an excellent job assisting us in our property damage claim . Atlantic Preferred Insurance Company was reluctant to pay for our mold damage. Mr. Venook made sure we were treated fairly and the mold was removed from our home and paid for by Atlantic Preferred Insurance Company. Allstate Floridian Insurance Company first denied my claim and then did not pay me enough to repair my home and remove the mold from my home.
