Steven Venook went beyond the obvious damage to our roofs, fascia board, fences and the shuffle board facility – he worked like a detective and found extensive water intrusion damage overlooked by the insurance company. Service help we finally got a fair settlement that July 30, 2003 We had water damage from a broken sewer line at our house. The independent adjuster that represented New Hampshire Insurance Company was new at his job and ignored much of the damage that I showed to him. The adjuster was very slow to respond as I did not get his first estimate for three months, and his estimate was not enough to repair my home. Nobody but Mr. Venook cared that I had sewage backing up in my home during this long claim process.
