Before hiring you, I tried to settle this claim myself. Dealing with United Property & Casualty Insurance Company for my insurance claim was a horrible experience for me and my family. I filed my claim in December 2009 and they refused to pay me enough to repair my home. The insurance company did everything possible to delay my claim. It took you until September 2010 to finally get them to pay me more money. They did not care about the mold damage in my children’s bedrooms or me as their customer.
